That be a very nice crack, seŮor.

BTW, Dave, it's about time you start giving your own photography the credit it deserves. There are many photographer types that think their stuff is better than it is, but you've taken the opposite approach. It's time to get with the program and take some credit for your work.

    Hey, everyone else does it...

I meant more along the lines of actually updating your gallery or putting a "best of" up. You have a ton-o-pics that are collecting hard drive dust that IMO are publication worthy shots.

As with theoretical mountain biking, we leave theoretical photography discussion to the experts... and then mock them.

I was more refering to the fact I'm inside of a moutain, not that I am a mountain. You really need a person for scale or it would have just looked like a pic of a hole.

To compare myself to a mountain reaches a level of narcissim I am not at all comfortable with.

    Nice crack!

Ive been through Spooky also! No room for wide (or any) handlebars there!
To echo the others compliments, it was so hard to capture those sandstone shadowy crevices--the lighting is so touchy. You really did a nice job there.

This one isn't Spooky itself, but somewhere nearby. It's a lot of fun to get into these things and see how far you can follow them as they narrow and twist...until you have a momentary inner freak out when you realize you've got to come back out! Which for some reason, is never quite as easy as getting in was...?

I really need to change my avatar
