I rode up at Buff creek last saturday (29th) Morrison ck, sandy, some of the CO trail, gashouse. Everything was very nice except for some snow on the road to Morrison ck trail. I heard there was some, not much, snow on Charlies and that strawberry Jack was fine.

Hell yeah... I know where I'm going this weekend! Thanks sandan.
I rode up waterton last night. The road, as expected, is clear and firm. I started up the Colorado trail, but found some snowy patches. There is ample evidence of others using the trail and it doesn't seem to be causing any harm. However I only rode a short distance on the single track, so can't speak for farther up.
It may be worth some exploring.
