Of course! Who doesn't look forward to that hot, crowded, stinky swap? Actually some of my friends but not me. I need nothing but will no doubt pull out cash I don't have and spend it on something.
It's also a great day to go ride 'cause it always seems like the trails are empty that afternoon.
I will be there. I also hope to have four middle-school age kids together for the team fun race, the Little 100, but I need two more kids. Know any kids who like bikes? For info see my post...
I'm in every year. I've got to continue on my quest to fill the basement with tires, plus I need new gloves and a new DH helmet (stressword is NEW on both of those--who in their right mind would by a stinky used helmet???).
As always, I will be in line at 7:00 with a camp chair and a thermos of coffee. Also as always, I will be in a loud tie dye so I should be easy to spot.
I assume that you'll need cash for Veloswap, is that correct? My understanding is that it is just kind of like a huge bike garage sale so I assume people don't have the capability to run credit cards, is that correct?

Every vendor there will take cash but most bike shops (who are probably 5% of the vendors) will take plastic too. Still, it's a good idea to bring as much cash as you can. I have seen 50+ deep lines for the ATM there and have heard of the ATMs running out of cash so don't count on being able to easily get cash once you are there.
I'm probably going, not sure what the family's going to be doing that day so hopefully I can make it out nice and early. I'll be in my black/green Ridemonkey shirt so wont be too hard to spot.
I shall be in attendance. I love VeloSwap.
And I'm selling my trials bike on a friend's table, whilst I go out and empty my pockets.
Last year (I think) Maxxis had a ton of new cheap tires. I'll be bleary eyed in a red WebCyclery T-Shirt (maybe).
That was tons of fun last year, Rich, but like Jim, the piggy bank's empty
I'll probably work, maybe do an easy spin up Antelope in the afternoon. But if anyone sees a medium RFX for...say...$50, pick it up for me, will 'ya BTW, if anyone's looking for a mag trainer (Performance brand), I know someone who would sell one cheap
