    Vail conditions

I saw that Ellsworth Bikes posted a picture of some trail in Vail yesterday. Looks very nice and would be a nice getaway this weekend. Does anyone happen to know what trail this is?

It looks a lot like the Vail area...I mean...sheesh...vail still only has an 18" base. Anyone know the name of this trail?

    I'm guessing around Rifle.

I picked a great year to buy a Super Pass. I should have known after last years Epic snow...

Looks like a tiny taste of weather headed in for Saturday. From what the National Weather Service says, Vail's base could be well over 21" by Monday! Maybe as much as 21.27863"!

I'm going to roll over to Hartman tomorrow morning as early as I can get my butt moving, light snow may be falling there by noon. Talked to some local friends who went yesterday and said it was tasty. Bluebird day, dry trails. Tomorrow won't be that nice, maybe even cr@ppy, but I gots to get me some new years dirt.

Rode today at Hartmans. Up Becks to Rocky Ridge to Sea of Sage to Skyline to Sea of Sage to Rattlesnake to Becks and then one more of those. Wished I had time for more, but I had to leave early.

Everything was dry, except some of the more techy options on Rattlesnack. I didnt trust my bike on snow covered rock, so I took the easy way out a few times. Beautiful day to be out there.
