I would have figured Pearl street in Boulder would have been up there.

I watched a bike thief in action mid-afternoon on Pearl one day (yes, I notified the authorities). He would look at a rack for a bike that was loose, then take that bike and move it to the rack across the street and then walk away and come back later for it. I watched him move from rack to rack moving bikes around.

    I think it's just Denver.

So... just stay away from downtown D-Town w/ your bike and you're good, yeah?
Naysayers never apologize. Critics go to their grave thinking everyone else is wrong.

I saw a guy at King Soopers sawing through a lock. I walked over to the parking lot security guard and pointed it out. He said "oh yeah, I was just going to head over there."
You have just been mentally Rick Roll'd. Yup you're thinking about it right now aren't you? Don't fight it.

I remember coming down to my parking garage downtown and finding my cable lock hanging by it's last thread, 10 yards away from the guard shack. The guard must have just come back as the would be thief was clipping through the last of the cable. Bought a ULock to replace the cable and never had a problem. Did lose a seat bag I had forgotten to remove.
