How old is your daughter? Mine is just about to turn 2, has outgrown here little wooden trik but i think she is still too small for a strider.

Any other suggestions for a 2 year old besides a stider (type) bike out there?

She's about to turn five (small for her age), but with the seat down the little red bike will fit my two year old, but I did have to cut the seat post down a bit. It's a Reighley balance bike and only weights 8lb - they sell em' at REI.

Razor are making the Kixi which looks interesting, but it might be bigger than the Reighley.

If you're so inclined, there's also an electric bike (parental control with speed limiter) that will fit a two year old. Pretty sure we're going to get our daughter one of the 16" wheel versions. Once I get all the dead fall off our property we can build some trails

Today she started rolling these 6" logs. Then out of the blue she hucks off the top of one. Perfect form and she stomped the landing. Had to pick my jaw off the floor!

So being the proud dad, I asked her to do it again for the camera, but I spotted her just in case.
