    Tentative Colorado MTB Race Calendar

Sand Creek Sports has again updated the Tentative Colorado Mountain Bike Race Calendar. We do this weekly with race organizer input and updates.

Keep in mind that races and race dates do change. We recommend that you link to this page rather than copy and paste it as it is updated constantly.

The Calendar is at Sand Creek Sports - Mountain bike racing in Colorado

    Thank you!

Bear creek park 3 times and palmer park 2 times seems exciting. Then 24hr nationals at palmer, looks like palmer will get a work out this year, might chase the bums and crackheads out.

That'd be nice, as long as they don't migrate to Ute.

Andy Bohlmann with Sand Creek Sports in Colorado Springs here.

    Several things:

    1. Winter Park has just e-mailed and will have some date changes. They have a few
details before they let me know. Calendar will be updated asap after that.

    2. Best race in Palmer Park looks to be the Pro Cycling race on Sunday, July 1st.
We'll use regular XC race distances based on the actual course allowed.

I'm working on rider food details now. Max entry fee will be $30.

    3. No way will Sand Creek Sports ever use Ute Vally Park for a race!

Hey Andy, do you have any info on the gold rush 100 and the Captain super d xc marathon? Calendar says they are both in the springs?

Andy, I can't find your page for the 2012 MTB calendar. It's really hard to navigate your site, can you please just post a direct link to the calendar?

Does anybody have more information for the BFP STXC in golden/Lakewood? That would be great if they could have a local series here in Denver.

USA Cycling Events Search - USA Cycling

Both appear to be in the permit process. Would be great if the events occur but I am not holding my breath.

I asked that very question about a week ago to MSC/BFP and they were still working on nailing down the locals. Until, and if, they get worked out I am sure we will hear about it. Short answer, TBD.

Where are they thinking about holding the races?
