    Just curious, so I'm guessing this will be the only trail system in the front range that is dry and free of mud during these recent snowy and balmy January days ? The confidence level in this post is so high for riding sucess it must be so ??

    By the time we head out - trails will be firmed up from the chill- there will be some snow pack and some ice - and some snirt! Good times!
