I thought the Solstice Ride (June 20 or 21?) was the plan for next meet-up @Ridgeline.

Yes, and the solstice ride is in Monument.

I can most likely do Castle Rock on Thursday (if I can survive waiting that long to ride again ).

If I go you can hang in the back with me. I have been off the bike for coming up on 2 weeks with a knee injury.

i guess i am slowing down- did one lap today then reversed- and make a wrong turn- harder CCW in my opinion.

    according to this:

still good to get out- explored the other side of the road - a runner mentioned this looping through red hawk- os that trail or path??

trail...path... straight dirt short cut that I ride to get there and home... all the same. It's where I had the C$#P scared out of me last fall when a bull elk came up off the golf course like a freight train right at me. It jumped the trail about 5 feet in front of me. All I saw was all the scrub oak shaking as something huge was busting up hill straight at me. Nearly had to change my shorts.

I tell you what, the trails down here in Austin look nothing like home. There's all these... plants? And the dirt's white for some reason. Also it's hotter'n the fires of Hell by about 8am.

In for this, PM me to carpool from Lakewood or the Hwy 6 corridor.
The correct number of bikes one should own is N+1, where N is the number of bikes currently owned.

I should be able to make it on Thursday. Good ride with Spinone and Funrover there tonight. We even got to save a damsel in distress; we had to remove her snapped RD, and convert her to SS so she could ride back out...

Anyone car pooling up from the springs. I ended up with Friday morning off so as long as the knee does not give me fits between now and then I'm in.

Yes, however, I can only do 9mm and 20mm forks unless you have a 15mm fork up or a tray to put on my car. I hate whoever it was who came up with a 15mm fork standard .

If you put the ridgid back on, you'd be fine for Ridgeline, and you'd be fine for my rack--just say'in... I suppose at some point I will need to break down and buy at least one 15mm fork up.

Hey Kevin, can you bring a loaner Amoeba setup? A lady who I just started working with wants to come but doesn't have her lights here. I haven't ridden with her yet, but she managed 4 laps at the 12 Hours of Mesa Verde last month so I think she is pretty solid.
