    Springs Night Ride 12/28/11?

Anyone want to try and ride? The forecast is for 36 degrees at 6:00 falling to 32 by 9:00 so I think we could make Palmer Park work if we're careful to avoid mud (before the freeze). Alternatively, we could try something in the canyon. What do you guys think?

I was looking at the hourly forecast for tonight and it looks like it won't get down to around 32 until 8. Is Palmer going to be too sloppy?

Hey B, There is still a ton of snow on the ground, so I doubt that our tires will ever touch the dirt.
And also I think that the weather forecasters have been quite optimistic on the daily highs the past few days so bring warmer clothes than you think you might need. If it does happen to get sloppy we'll have to figure something else out, maybe go belly up somewhere?

Ok. I am a little worried about my pedals but I think I will toss my wife's platforms on. They are no names that came on her bike so hopefully they workout.

Yeah, I think we'll be able to figure something out that doesn't involve any mud. Worst case scenario, there is always the Navajo Hogan...

Is it 6:00 yet? I don't know why, but Wednesdays are the LOOOONGEST days of the week. I have plenty of work to do, but all I want to do is ride!

The weather is still 36 degrees at 6:00, but the "feel like" has dropped to 29. Does that make any mud "feel like" it is frozen? (not that I expect to see much of anything other than snow on the trails).
