    Springs Night Ride 1/15/14

I tested the water today and have healed up enough for a smooth ride. If you guys are cool with it, let's ride from my rental and do a "Tour duh Briargate" similar to my ride on Sunday. I'm thinking about 20 miles of Suburb Cross with 60% paved bike trail, 30% singletrack and 10% road. Pizza and beverages to follow at my house. PM me for the address and directions. (Unless you guys already have a plan in place for Wednesday).

I don't either--I'm riding the Kona, but I think any XC bike would be fine for this. If you guys would rather do something else, go for it.

    Important Edit

I just looked at my calendar and saw that I have a meeting at work until 7:00 PM on Wednesday that I can't get out of so I'm going to have to cancel my plans to attend this ride. If you guys still want to swing over to my house when you're done, you're welcome.

Since K man is out should we go back to dirt and do a cross ride when he can make it? I'd be down for Section 16.

I realize that we are probably gonna wait on the CX night ride, but I couldn't help get excited. Check out my proposed route starting from what I think is near Krisitian's house. I kinda looks like Nic's Hoodoo or a 70 year old uterus. 26 miles to include High Chaparral Open Space, Homestead Trail, Cottonwood, and Sand Creek. I added the golf course poach since it will be at night

I'd also like to offer up my large Epic in addition to my 700c commuter if people want to borrow a bike for this future CX night ride.

Section 16 sounds great. I have an spare CX bike for when the cross ride happens. It is a Giant TCX size M/L.

Section 16 it is then. Meet at the bottom of stephine trail head ( water tower) at 6 so we can finish on stephine and have a post ride beverage.

You guys go rip some trail for me, and for her!!! "She was a cyclist too"

I am not going to make it this week. Still recovering from old guy back $hit. I am riding but spending a hour sitting in a car afterward is not good.

Jay, bring your bike next time you come up and we'll ride some local trails before you head back south. Road last night, very fun. Lots of blue ice hidden beneath a dusting of snow. I love surprises

I'm still in. I'm not riding to the trailhead though. 2Wheels said they were in too. Meet at the Stephanie's lot right? Not the Caretaker's house.
