I was planning on riding the north half of Sourdough tomorrow with a friend. I was thinking out-and-back, what are you thinking about doing? We have not set a time yet, I'll call her and ask when she can go. When were you planning on going?

Scrub, if you bring the Bullit it would be a smooth ride...

i could probably do it, but i'd be alot slower right now. it still hurts to pull up on the bars when climbing, and dropping anything is out of the question still. even small stuff landings hurt. the lumpy bumpy stuff is still not very comfortable.

Yeah, it hasnt been too long yet, don't press it too hard and make it take longer to heal. Hang in there

I haven't set a time yet either. Maybe 10? I was thinking the PV/SD->SSV loop. Maybe just the lower half of SSV, maybe the while kielbasa.

    Cool, I'm rarely fast...

So, SSV ends at Road 96 and the Peak-to-Peak. Do you take 96 back up to SD, and take SD north to Camp Dick to finish the ride?

I'm waiting to hear back from my friend...

Alright, she hasnt called, I'll go anytime tomorrow. If she can make it good, if not I gave her a chance...

Where are you guys coming from? We could meet at the Greenbriar at the bottom of Left Hand, or in N Boulder and share a ride.

Cool. I'm coming from Golden. I'll be at the pullouts at the bridge right outside the PV NFS campground (not to be confused with the PV dude ranch across the highway.)

Hopefully, we won't get lost getting there - we'll join in on the ride, if that's okay. We may not be able (time-wise) to do the entire loop that you are planning (what is SSV?), but sounds like this is an out an back?

Don't you have to go through the PV camp ground and go another mile or 3 to get to CD?
