    SolVista opens this weekend!

According to their website, SolVista opens this weekend (actually this Friday), May 30th, weather permitting.
    www.bikesolvista.com
So, who's gonna be there? What are the conditions looking like? Is everything dry and all trails set to open? The webcam looks pretty good, but that's only portion at the base... The weather forecast looks ok, but the one I'm looking at isn't very accurate. Anyway, can't wait, cause after looking at WP's and Keystone's webcams, it doesn't seem like they'll be fully open anytime soon...
And a question about the bike park: does it have a lot freeride stuff? Because I've only seen vids with DH and races and stuff, not to many jumps or drops... Although I guess there was the massive road gap...

    Thanks

the trail builders have said it's good to go, but there will be some mud and wetness. as we all know, it was a huge snow year, so be prepared to get dirty as the mountain is still shaking off the white stuff.

also, fyi, the bike-specific lifts won't be installed by the weekend, but they're on the way.

    see y'all there!

I'll probably head down there during the week and check it out. I'm moving to Hot Sulphur Springs on the 2nd so I would imagine I will probably be pedaling my xc rig out there to check out the scene in the first few days after that.

at the last race we camped in the parking lot up the road. so we will either be at the lower lot or one of the lots with our tents up. we will be in a black toyota t100. My tent is orange so if you happen upon us stop by for a beer and hang out.

So what do they have on the lifts now? The keystone-type thing?

LetsGoOutside- Are you going to check it out this week? Tell us how it is.

I'll be there on Friday. First time at Sol Vista or Colorado for that matter. Anyway, I'll be on a white Transition Gran Mal.
