    Shawn's Calling (Springs Ride 3/25/08)

It seems Nomad Rdr has another calling this week, and who am I to deny anyone's calling? Therefore, I'm say we meet at the PP bathrooms at 4:30 tomorrow.

Anyone is welcome to join. The pace is slow, the rides are technical, beer might be consumed (if anyone brings it) and we try to have a good time.

I'd like to give it another shot...just finished a little drop session with him at Ute and I'm feeling a lot more ballsy than last week. If I make it I might bail a bit early...going to see some AC/DC cover band tomorrow night.

I alway thought Thunderstruck would make a good bike video sound track...

Kristian, thanks for the call last night. I appreciate the help since I rarely access MTBR outside of work.

However, I'm out for tonight. I have too much camping and bike prep work to get done tonight since I won't be able to tomorrow. Thanks though, guys. Have a good ride.

Another Palmer Park ride? I think I shall get there a bit early again to get more riding in and then meet you guys at improv? for the technical bliss. I might even try Shawns photo-op-drop. The real question is; Where's Hollywood?

I don't know if it's your time, Ban'd. I mean, last we rode, I didn't see any top tube inspiration. Your bike needs a picture of a special someone before you should attempt senseless acts of awesomeness.

I'm out for today, Paul and I rode AFA yesterday, I hadn't been on the bike for a week and was jonesing to ride but now my legs hurt from chasing him around.

Cond's at AFA were a little messy in Stanley canyon BTW, should be good by Wed tho and I will try and make it but might have to take my daughter to soccer practice.

What inspiration are you speaking of?

Consult your avatar before asking the above question... that you already asked.
