    Roadie Porn

Yeah yeah, i know, mtn bike forum.....Look, I report the news, that's what I do. And today's top story...in Nufenstein's world read something like this-- I love my new roadie...

    D-Ace 10 speed Sti shifters
Ultegra everything else (wheels, cranks, derails, etc.)
    Cane Creek Brakes
    hutchinson racin' tires

If anyone has an extra set of ritchey peloton cleats I would greatly appreciate a PM. THANKS!

Compact crank set? (Doesn't look like it...) What is the gearing?

    Beauty by the way. Congratulations!

Looks big, dang is that a 61cm?

That would look pretty sweet with a white saddle.

Cane Creek SCR-5s? I have the black versions and I think they are great, underrated that's for sure. I wasn't impressed with the pads though so I changed them out for some kool stops.

How does a college student swing a frame like that?

Seriously, you should see what I call a road bike. It's an amalgam of whatever I could find and weighs as much as some xc bikes. It does get me to and from work; so it does serve its intended purpose.

58cm, XL, looks big in picture form, but in real life she is svealt....i am actually considering putting a WTB pure slt seat (white) on her. Anyone have experience running a mtn bike freeride saddle on a roadie?

unsure on the gearing, just picked it up from the builder yesterday. The parts a new (season old) parts....anyone gander a guess on the price?

Ha...a 450 dollar frame? I think it fits pretty nicely within my budget.

I think the tall headtube threw me off a bit, it's probably a slightly more upright position then, good for long days in the saddle. Price? Well I can't quite tell what cockpit components you have, but I will assume you got a steal on it and paid $1400.

As the only Winter Park employee that posts on these boards, you sure don't do much in the way of helping their image.
A trail thatís too difficult wouldnít exist because itíd never be used. But, trails can exist thatíre too difficult for you.

When it comes to roadies, yes.

Oh and I can't forget cyclocross. I don't wanna see any of that crap here either. If I wanted to see a roadie/dirt combo I'd hang out with the Cult Cross guys, not hang out on a mountain bike forum.
