Randy the ram? I've been reading up on this - what you need to do is to assert your dominance. I would suggest holding him down and peeing on him next time he tries that shite. If that fails, let me know and I'll read up some more on the matter...

I might be playing hookey tommorrow if I feel crummy enough (not that this would keep me from riding) - in which case I'd be down for an early afternoon ride. I'll check back in the AM if this is the case.

Let me know when you can swing Jeffco stuff. It's easier to make it there during the day when I'm working from home.

    Suicide Shifter!

Not that they're hard to find, but I've got a brand new LX/big clamp/top pull/bottom swing sittin here if you need it. It's worth about a 30-pack of PBR. [size=1]($16)

For the record, I don't really wanna drown Boulder, I just like to poke at it a little.

I also have plans to seperate NJ from PA, but nothings come of it yet.

We got about 10 inches down in town, Hall had a lot more in spots. I tried riding up there Sunday AM, but it was too much snow and too slippery to even ride up a gentle slope in the parking lot.

That said, what was 10 inches of fluff has now melted down to about 5 inches of crunchy snow. That's in the sun, too. My bet is that Bitterbrush is a mixed bag, but Antelope and Nelson loop are probably iced over footprints in 6-8" deep snow.

Yes, I did, well, to the bench. First bike there since the snow.

The conditions aren't for the faint of heart.

From the lower lot to the top lot was pretty much a push, but after that I rode maybe 75% to the bench and it was like riding the entire trail... twice. From today on out, it's a frozen ride only until some of the moisture sinks in/runs off. There were two sunny spots that were going to be REAL sloppy when they warmed up, but everything else was buried. It was worth every push/spun tire on the way back down though... I hit all the drops/tech lines on the way back down so tomorrow should be easier for everyone.

I should be there around 9ish tomorrow if anyone wants to be a pinball wizard with me. Maybe conditions will be good enough to slug through the loop

I only took two pics because I was trying to breath on the way up and muhahaha-ing all the way down.

1 Second day I've had this problem with my rear der. Never had it happen with sh1tmano... The cog builds up slowly until it starts farking with shifting and I have to stop and clean it off. ???

2 Clipless aren't the only pedals that get clogged up. These were like ice (duh, it was ice) once they got some build up. A rock saved the day.

Pedals AND rear der. cog are both getting the Pam treatment tomorrow.

To the bench there was somewhat of a packed area right in the middle of the trail, but it had less and less footprints as I got closer to the top. Past the bench was a no-go as it looked like only a few hikers had gone past. Sporadic frozen footprints SUCK to ride in when it's deep, so I turned around. I encountered anywhere from a couple inches to up to 10 in shady spots, but was mostly around 5ish. Should be a good frozen ride tomorrow, even if just to the bench.
