Rent/Demo a Trek Remedy on the front range?

Hi, I'm considering a Trek Remedy for a new steed, and I want to buy soonish since the fork on my hardtail is currently full-lockout-only and I want to ride non-rigid again without buying a bike and a fork in the same month.

I'm having trouble finding a shop in the Boulder area that has a Remedy for rental/demo. Boulder Trek Store has them listed in their rentals list but I called and they haven't been shipped in from Trek yet. Are there other shops that rent Treks that might have their Remedy fleet in now, preferably the Remedy 8 or 9? I'd be willing to travel elsewhere on the front range if I needed to.

    Thanks

I know Wheat Ridge Cyclery sells Treks. The thing about demoing bikes from bike shops is, in my experience, you need to be pretty serious about your purchase at that point because the shops charge a good amount for the demo. Then the shops apply the cost of the demo to your purchase. However, if you don't buy a bike from that shop, you end up loosing the price of the demo. As a result, demoing several bikes from multiple shops can be costly.

That's fine if you are ok with deciding to buy a bike from a certain shop and only demoing bikes they sell. However, I'm a big fan of Outer Bike in Moab for demoing lots of bikes. Also, some manufacturers have demo days here in the Front Range.

WRC is having a demo day at Red Rocks, Apr 21.
Since when did Need have anything to do with this?

Sadly, I was actually in Moab the weekend of Outerbike last fall. If I had known that my rear hub was going to lock up on the way up Amasa Back on Saturday, forcing me to rent the rest of the weekend anyway, I would've registered for Outerbike. Hindsight is 20/20...

Personally I go to Trek Boulder store. They have a great selection of demos. I think they have Remedy 9 's.
