Apex / Enchanted Forest was awesome this morning!! Didn't look like they got hardly any rain. Some damp, tacky spots but mostly still dry.

We didn't get that much rain. 4 small (read: a trace of rain each) showers last night.

Ugh... Trails were dry as of 8 PM yesterday evening.

We need a torrential downpour to re-expose new rocks!

I have a feeling it's coming...and it will be biblical.

Nothing to speak of in Golden.

We got dumped on at the top of Deer Creek Canyon though. Riding the wall, wet with muddy tires was highly entertaining.

Looks like there is a new round of storms brewing over the mountain right now.

I drove back to Westminster yesterday from Boulder at about 5pm. The sky to the east was dark dark with light gray highlights. Traffic was the usual slow and go till the Wads exit, then it started with big drops. Heading east on 120th it was blinding sheets of rain, probably 1" every 15 minutes amount, but it didn't keep up that strong. I was stopped at a light, the guy next to me was on a scooter of some sort. He managed to flash me a classic sh!t eating "whattaya gonna do?" grin as the rain pounded on him. This morning my rain bucket on the deck read just under an inch. So...just an average dump, nothing special. At my house.
