I'll be bringing home a Yeti or two for demo and then purchase. Totally obsessiing over the choice between ASR-5 or SB-66. I know, totally different bikes, but either could work depending on which way I want to go. Choosing a new bike always gets me stoked to ride.

Racing tomorrow in Winter Park and then towing the Chariot around West Arvada/Golden on Sunday. Who knew towing a trailer with kidlet inside would be so fun?

I'm evacuated in Colorado Springs right now. Hopefully I will get to my house before the weekend and see my bikes! Just getting back to the house will be enough stoke for me.

I might try to get on some trails that shall not be named on Someday. Plus a Chariot ride with my little man.

Likely heading deep into the mountains with this motley crew and torturing my lungs with 5-digit altitudes.
The correct number of bikes one should own is N+1, where N is the number of bikes currently owned.

We're racing #2 in the Epic Endurance series at Winter Park tomorrow, followed by (hopefully) a quick 29er demo, then staying overnight in WP and heading to Breck on Sunday morning to pre-ride the Firecracker 50 course

oof you're deff braver and more motivated than me... we're opting to race / ride dirt this weekend despite being mainly roadies because this heat is just too absurd for us to be out on our skinnies.

Gotta spread some rep before I can give you another Internet Thumbs Up.

My weekend plans are to get my XC bike functioning again. Fork seals are messed up and the front tire has a torn side wall. Then maybe a spin downtown on the road bike with the wife.

Fingers are crossed that your house is unscathed and the rat bastards who are breaking into evacuated houses didn't hit yours.

    Weekend rides...

Probably a loop around the Dawson's Butte trail with the wife and kids on Saturday. Maybe an early-start, Indian Creek loop from the IC campground on Sunday morning.

My girl and I are going to give the short trails around Pinewood Reservoir (SouthWest of Loveland) a try early tomorrow morning. I've been nursing an injured leg, so going to get out for some easy spinning and see how the bio-repairs are doing.

Hoping for minimal morning smoke/haze from the High Park Fire.
