    Post Surgery: I got screwed

Well, here are the titanium bits putting my heal together. I'm not sure when I'll be ready to ride, but I'll be happy to get my hands on a GCB IPA first.

Thank you all for your support... within a week or so, I should be back out at the Golden Bike Park behind a cat building trail! ...I may not be able to ride it, but I can at least build it for YOU!

Why did a Girls Gone Wild video pop into my head all of a sudden?

So, will you be Team Pedal Pusher's grill master at the races until you can ride?

I think we need to have a Dark & Stormy session to help you heel correctly!

If he did, then he'd be really old, instead of just kinda old.

Is it me or does that heel bone look like some kind of crazy, machined derailleur hanger or something?
I'm kinda hungry for some Honey-Combs.

Fvck dude... not really sure what I'm looking at... Looks bad. To quote my ol bro Mat Hoffman... Pain is temporary, glory is forever, bones heal, and chicks dig scars. Too bad your scar is not so visible to hot chicks.

Well, today is the first day I'm not 'laid' up after surgery. Pain is wanning, although its still there. I was in a pure haze this last weekend, but I realized that was going to happen. I'm feeling better now, although I've still got this massive cast on me!

I'm closing in on GCB... perhaps later this week?

    IE:
Tell us how you did that, might keep the copy cats at bay if we knew.

Good luck on a fast heal!

I've only got two plates & four 2 1/2" lag screws in my spine. sure glad they don't hurt too.
Be thankful it's your heal & not your back or neck.
