Peak 6 Construction Effect on Peaks Trail?

Anyone have any idea if the Peak 6 construction closure affects Peaks Trail use?

    From the press release

"As part of the construction process, the USFS has issued an official Forest Supervisor Closure for the Peak 6 construction area closing all roads and trails within the area for the duration of construction. The closure applies to pedestrians, wheeled motor vehicles and all other forms of motorized and non-motorized travel. For more information on the closure, contact the Dillon Ranger District at 970-262-3484."

No effect on the Peaks other than construction traffic may be encountered at the road crossing where the peaks crosses Cucumber creek. The old logging road that forms the winter Nordic trail "Siberian Loop" is closed which some people MTB but it's more dog walkers and evening strollers who are effected there.

I rode it this weekend from Frisco, and came out fine. No issues.

+1 My group of four rode it the other direction last Monday, also no problems.
Ride what you like, like what you ride.
