    Palmer Sunday Pics...

Sunday at Palmer was the usual fun - xc pace, steep rollers, drops, and little time for pictures. rreoder, IceGeek , Loudpawlz and I met around 10ish in the parking lot and quickly hit the trail in search of fun.

Of course, occasionally stopping to take in the view...

With LP keeping us at bay with his usual quick pace, he eventually stopped and pointing out some line of death just off of a loop...

IceGeek was definitely having a good day...this is much more steep than it looks!

rreoder was not to be outdone...

We then moved on across the road and just the mention of a gap got Rick riled up...

Rick was just a little short, but managed to make it look easy.

We took off from there and proceeded to Templeton where there was no time for more pictures as we never really stopped. I peeled off at about 2 hours and rreoder and IceGeek rolled on. You guys are smooth. And Pablo kicks my @ss every time I ride with him.

Looking forward to the next ride...

I know that steep roller...I balked it once, stepped off the bike at just the right spot and watched the bike tumble a$$ over teakettle a few times. About twenty minutes later on the ride - my frame snapped at the seat tower. Grabbed a warranty replacement frame out of that little roller!

It sho 'nuff is a STEEP roller.

So did you keep riding down after the roller you pictured or did you go back to the loop?

Lightweight Great pics!, the shot of the peak is awesome and the first pic of the roller gives a good perspective. Is the jump sequence video? I likey. Sorry I screwed up the improve shot of you.

K- we went back to the loop and over to the improve.

Continuing down is my favorite "trail" in the park. Some of the lower roller moves make the top two almost seem easy.
