    Palmer Park Sunday...

Because it needs it's own thread...

Sunday 10am at the bathrooms near the stables...

Plan is to do the grand loop we most always do and end up doing templeton clockwise from the beginning...

    Unless other plans are devised...

Anyone have directions to the meeting place? Only been there once and I didn't drive, so I will probably get lost without some.

Exit Fillmore off I-25 and turn left(east)follow it till you pass Union, Fillmore turns into Circle, 1/4 mile or so up the road you will turn left onto Paseo(there's a golf course on the left also) and follow the road till you reach the parks entrance and the bathrooms/parking lot is right there. See you tommorow.

Directions: I25 south to Filmore exit. Head east for approximately 1.5 miles. Cross Union (largest intersections so far) and continue east. Filmore will now magically change to North Circle Drive and as the road begins to curve south exit Paseo to the left just past the golf course. It will be the first 'real' street that turns left after you cross Union. Follow Paseo for about 1/2 mile to a gate (that is always open). You are now entering Palmer Park. The bathrooms are directly to the left past the gate...

    Map of there...

Yes, great ride. I saw several tasty new-to-me bits of trail, thanks for the sage guide. I finished Temp, crossed the mesa and picked it up again where we shed Paul, then rode it down the switchbacks to the lot. Nice loop.

rr - least you cleaned it the second time.

Long story short got a call for last minute showing on the house (we are in process of selling) and couldn't abandon the wife to get it ready on her own. Rest assured that I was not happy cleaning house but I did manage to get a ride in anyway.
