Bontrager Road Lite - Size Md.. Original Santa Cruz hand built in the Bontrager shop. All
steel. Dropouts are stamped #0600 and #0634. Original paint and decals. Has been ridden maybe 500 miles. Never raced. Never crashed.

I originally bought this from a grad student in college. It sat unbuilt in his house for probably the first 5 years after it was welded. After buying it from him, I built it up but only rode it a couple of times up Lookout Mtn before pretty much completely abandoning road biking for the past 15 years. Until last year when I used it for a few rides around Golden, CO and a short 2 mile commute down a bike path to work a handful of times.

This is my last road bike. I had kept it since it is almost a piece of history. But I have
no interest in road riding any longer. I've probably owned 20 road bikes and I would say it
rides on par with a Litespeed Ultimate of the same vintage I also owned. I kept it instead
of the Ultimate if that tells you anything.

1" head tube. Includes original Bontrager tange prestige fork. Threaded. Once mounted but never used.

Also includes 1" Profile SC threadless carbon fork with brand new Chris King 1" threadless HS - 0 miles. Fork was previously mounted on another frame and has about 1000 miles on it.

Mavic Kyserium SSC SL - 300 miles.

    SRAM 970 Cassette - 300 miles.

    Ritchey seat-post - used.

    Flite saddle - used.

Shifters - Shimano Ultegra 9sp. Right shifter is broken. Doesn't catch when twisting the
shifter. Not very many miles on these actually. May be repairable? 1000 miles.

    Bontrager handlebars - 300 miles.

    Easton EA50 stem - 300 miles.

All of the following Dura-ace equip came off one of my old race bikes so yes it's seen lots
    and lots of miles.

Dura-ace brakes - used. Pads are old/dry/hard need replacing.

    Dura-ace rear deraileur - used.

    Dura-ace front deraileur - used.

Cranks - Shimano 600 Ultegra 53/39. Needs rings. The 53 doesn't have shift pins so it
shifts like crap. Miles unknown. Bought at velo swap.

2nd set of shifters, Dura-ace downtube shifters. Pretty old. Not sure if they work or if
    all the parts are there.

2nd set of Wheels - 32H Dura-ace F&R, Sun Mistral Old training wheels. 8sp cassette.
    1000's of miles.

$1500 for everything in the videos + bike/wheel boxes + shipping

    Thanks for looking!

That is a sweet bike and well worth the asking price.
A man must have enemies and places he is not welcome. In the end we are not only defined by our friends but those against us.
