    Paging Scrubby

    Hey Scrub,

what's the closest, "escape the heat ride."

I rode Hall today at 3:30pm in the heat, cause I'd not ridin in 3 weeks due to some family stuff going on. I thought I was having heat stroke or somethng. Mildly lethargic, no energy which I thought was from lack of riding, but what concerned me was I was hardly sweating. I turned around and the bench. Feel fine now, but looking for some suggestions for trails fairly close to Longmont.

    Thanks In advance.

the sourdough area stuff, IMO. not as cool as out 70 normally is, but it's still usually 10+ degrees cooler than down here, and you get more shade as well. it's partly why i like it so much. cooler temps, great riding, little traffic, and still quick to get to. i can be at the trail head on the north end in a little over half an hour most days.
