    OT New Vert Ramps ColoSpgs

    Very nice.

Donations sought to complete vert ramp at Springs skateboard park | ramps, sk8strong, springs - Colorado Springs Gazette, CO

The ramps are the result of the fundraising and behind-the-scenes work of Colorado Springs teenager Jonathan Schwan and local nonprofit Sk8Strong.
As reported in April, Schwan and Sk8Strong raised money and negotiated to buy the pro-quality ramps from a skatepark being dismantled in Denver.
The city agreed to cover much of the cost of installation.

To help cover remaining costs, Sk8Strong is asking for donations. Donors have a chance to win a week at Camp Woodward, the skateboarding and snowboarding practice facility at Copper Mountain. A week at the camp normally would cost about $1,000.
You can receive a ticket to the raffle with a $10 donation to the effort through the Pikes Peak Community Foundation: Sk8-Strong | Pikes Peak Community Foundation.
The drawing is planned to coincide with the tentative opening of the vert ramp July 7.

Those are the old ramps from the Vans Skatepark at Colorado Mills Mall.

    That vert ramp is massive.
