A typical event would include
Traveling Wednesday through Monday
Driving to and from events nationwide
Setting up and tearing down pits
LOTS of being friendly, chatting it up with the general public and non-members
Making sure there's water/ drinks/ snacks available for the members
Washing downhill bikes
Tuning, adjusting, ensuring race bikes are in tip top shape
Providing the best possible experience for the members
Compensation is negotiable, but will most likely be a daily fee plus expenses.
Qualification criteria summary - MUST be personable, fun, punctual, reliable, and enjoy being around mountain bike races and events - all in addition to being a competent mechanic.
Please email me at at this address with your resume and cover letter for consideration.
