An omen of good things to come

I've had an image in my mind thatís been following me around for several month or years. Its ever presence alters my perception of time. Its appearance changes but the fundamental idea has always been solid. My wife was not as susceptible as I was, infiltrating her mind took weeks, months, and years of scheming and hinting. The roots of the seed had finally taken hold, about two score days ago she acquiesced to my persistent pestering. The image was coming into light, I saw shape, form, color. Now just a little more patience. She traveled from BC (Kelowna) bringing with here the most snow weíve experienced in March. Some may say she is joker, strongly leaning to the side of irony. However, it gives me the excuse to bring her inside, and stare at her till it dries up a bit.

What?!? No Rohloff?!?! I'm disappointed! Seriously though Eric, that is a sweet looking bike--congratulations!!! We'll have to set up a play date for the Knolly's in the near future.

K (is going "transmission" on his DT tonight, but it's the two speeds up front model, not the 14 in the back)

I think this is all on your, and Kristian's shoulders. Your bike is like a centerfold to me.

No Roholoff, for now. I'm trying to keep her under 40 (at 39.??) right now. She has some jewerly already. And there are a few changes I am going to be making to help lighten her up a little bit, but won't be sacrificing strength.

I can't wait to hit Palmer, but I need to hit at least the rock garden at Hall for the shake down ride.

Whoa...nice Knolly Eric! I'm sure you'll be shredding the front side of Hall on that thing pretty easily.

Medium sounds about right. I don't know if I'd rather try this or the Rohloff.
Take the long cut, we'll get there eventually.
