LBS Shout Out - Bicycle Village

I just wanted to post saying thanks to the Crew at the Westminster Bicycle Village. I've managed to crash my Specialized Pitch a few times and they've promptly helped me dial it back in. They've promptly trued the RIMS and fixed other issues that have come up since I bought the bike. Just wanted to say thanks and if anyone is in the market for a bike don't hesitate to hit up BV in Westminster. They have great technicians and a good staff.

They charged me $20 to knock a stuck square taper crank arm off with a 2by4. I even bought the bike from them.

Other than that, yeah, pretty friendly folks.

Yeah, I had just bought my pitch pro from them last month so that probably helps. In that time I've crashed it hard two times!

I've thrown BV under the bridge in a previous thread... Sometimes when these larger shops get busy in the summer and have some newbs workin, it can get crazy.

Last few times I've been to BV Westy (they are the closest to my house) they have been great.
The old service manger is back, way cool cat. Bent back a hoop I thought was toast.
I even got a call from them when another person had my old bike and a wrench there noticed.
Really cool.

Count me in on the !shout out!
the drugs made me realize it's not about the drugs

The BV in Westminster is much, much, much better than the one in Boulder.
