A little chilly, though the ice was the more concerning part of the ride.

    Looks great.

Rather have ice than peanut butter mud.

Renee and I did some less than legal stuff at hall ranch last weekend--nighthawk trail. It was really beaten by horse prints when it was apparently really muddy!

Did I say it was less than legal?

yes....we were legitimate--on foot! Nice new experience actually...and we hiked down the rock garden, something I can't say I have EVER done in all the years I have ridden there.

Good thing that you didn't ride it....

At night, with some other criminals, maybe 4 or 5 years ago...

    Got pixels?

Funny...that was the whole discussion on the way up.

I only have pixels of deer. Deer everywhere, kinda like at night....kinda like the deer that KW almost ran into that night.

KW might not appreciate the thread hijack....I already crossed the line.

Dang that looks like good fun, KW. I hopped on this morning to check the Pueblo post and to get a little cold weather riding inspiration from this post. Thanks, man.
A trail thatís too difficult wouldnít exist because itíd never be used. But, trails can exist thatíre too difficult for you.

Oh, I don't mind the hijack as long as it's not about shooting lions. Funny you should mention that particular less than legal night ride as we ran into the leader of said ride yesterday. ...With TROY in tow!

As for getting up there guys... I'm heading back up here in a couple of hours as soon as Kell gets back from the gym if anyone is intersted. Should be better today, like say, not in the single digits when I start.

    KW,

It was good to meet you yesterday. I have to say you are one of the fastest 'posters' in the west. Already have pics posted an hour after the ride. Nice job!

Hopefully I'll see you out on the trails again.

    Ride On!

Hey All! It's been awhile, been lurking but not much riding til recently. "In Tow" being the key words here.. It's been about 2 years, and it sure feels good to get back in the saddle on such a sunny day. Nice trail to get back me into the swing of things too. When I got home I noticed this!

SWEET my first broken MTB part!
