    How wet are the trails?

Anyone know how wet the trails are? White, Heil or Hall? We're planning on doing a ride after work today but are unsure if the foothills got alot or rain/snow.

    Ride and tequilla afterwards anyone

I suspect, thankfully, that Hall will be a little on the wet/muddy side unless the sun pops out. I gauge it by how wet our yard is. My shoes got muddy waking across our rock/dirt driveway this morning...

    Weimie,

As a fellow SS Female, I'd LOVE to ride with you sometime. However, I have a LONG race next weekend and am trying to rest up and only do nice little spinning rides. So, I can't meet up tonight, but maybe some other time (after the race).

BTW - your SS is beautiful!

heehee....I think he's made a comment about your avatar before. We're actually going off-roading on Sunday with about 15 other people. Check back for more pics

Thanks. We've been doing a SS ride on Tuesdays at Betasso if you're ever interested (3-4 laps). Good luck with your race!

Depending on how far south you are willing to go, Green Mountain is drying out and Dakota Ridge looks to be rideable. Otherwise (and notherly!) the Devil's backbone in Loveland is one of the fastest drying trails on the F/R (basically a desert ). Maybe Ventanerama will chime in.

I just rode the Roxborough loop today starting at about Noon. It was the perfect tackiness. Probably will be good to go all weeknd if it doesn't down pour all night.

I live about 2 miles from the backbone; it's been raining pretty much all day.

Better rain showers than forest fires....and besides, it hardly ever rains out here. On another note, I completely understand your frustration....I want to ride too
