    Horsetooth Ride Report

I rode Shoreline to Lory and back Nomad this morning. It wasn't pretty. Boot packed snow and ice made for a bumpy and occasionally slippery ride. Occasional drifts across the trail were a challenge. Nomad was much tougher to ride with the ups and downs and deeper snow. I had to walk a couple of the climbs.

On the plus side it was sunny and beautiful, and it felt like I was riding uphill the whole ride for a great workout!

    Sorry, no pics.

    Good to know.

Rode blue sky last week and same story. Northern slopes covered in bumpy sheet ice, southern slopes crystal clear except some rancher thought it was a good idea to run his cattle or llamas on the trail and tore the sh*t out of it.

Need to get some tires out there and smooth the trail back out. This weekend out to be great for doing just that. See ya'll out there.
