In honor of the new record

Where in the front range would you least like to ride in the 100 degree heat with no shade? My brain says it should be the Green Mtn to Dakota Ridge ride, but experiance says I've got to vote for Belcher Hill.

Devil's Backbone. I'm betting the one tree will probably catch on fire today.

Green Mountain fire road in 100+ with no shade? Ugh...the sun, the ozone...the guys in spandex. Enough to make me vomit.
You have just been mentally Rick Roll'd. Yup you're thinking about it right now aren't you? Don't fight it.

another vote for Belcher, only thing that might discount it is the wind that can come through there. All things being equal, there isn't any relief until you near the lower bench.

    Belcher

Belcher's the worst if the sun is out. Just did it today and it was 98 at the bottom in the shade but not sunny for most of the climb so it was no problem. I love riding in hot weather though.

Belcher in late morning is brutal.

Centennial cone is not so nice on hot days that I recall.

Yeah, the Mayhem gulch climb can bite if the sun is on it in the early afternoon. That slope has a near desert climate.
