    Hall or Backbone ride Monday?

    Anyone interested?

Ride time around 11-12 or so?

A lap or three of whichever we end up at.

11 is fine, that gives me like 3 hours ride time and 45 for the drive home. More than enough time. I'll see you guys there then? Oh, and thank you, TVC15. I think it's probably my favorite of the bunch. Took me forever to find a font that matched up to the kitchenaid font.

ah, that is the beauty of hall! fun/techy up and down on the stem, with as many fast/aero loops up top as you want or need.

plus, if you park at the little lot in town (across the street from the black bear inn) you can get a little bit of road spin to and from the hall entrance. i'll likely start from there.

also have 8 nights off starting this wednesday. riding some days, some snowshoe and backcountry ski play northwest of me other days if anyone is interested.

    Hall = prime condition

Rode Hall this weekend a couple of times. The Bitterbrush trail is in amazing shape all the way up to the loop. Antelope, though, is still snow/ice/mud. Loop's a mixed bag.

    Have a good ride!

Hey guys, after waking up and considering all the crap I gotta do today, I got my mind right this morning. I've got one day to get ready to go back to work after being off most of December; and a mass amount of Christmas decorations to get put away; so I don't think I'll have time for Hall (I live downtown). Hey, if I'm lucky I'll squeeze in a road ride or another loop on MW later in the day.

Let's all keep our fingers crossed that most of the snow coming our way stays at higher elevations ... Have fun guys. I'm jealous.

i may not show; slammed my left hip onto some concrete pretty good yesterday; and it's killing me this morning. eating breakfast and taking some ibu now, i'll see how it feels around 10 or so.

I'll be at the lower lot @ 11, but don't expect a SS pace, do expect lots of snot rockets, lung busting coughs and general malaise.

    1 A pano...
2 the loop was thawed and too nasty to ride
3 slick in the shady spots and my tires sounded like I was riding on pavement

Then I got the "Change Battery Pack" message.

Nice...I couldn't motivate myself to get out...legs hurt too much from the last two days. And the SS will be my only steed for awhile too.

Sweet! Let's go ride it. I'll be up for something about eleven tomorrow, including driving time. Want to meet someplace? It's been for-ev-er since I've ridden a mountain bike (say, four weeks?), so I'm not interested in killing myself. I'd be up for a road ride, too...

Maybe brew some beer later? Are you on call all day? S

I'm on call all day, but could likely sneak out for a ride during the day tomorrow. Say Green Mtn at 11:00, C470 parking lot?

    edit:
Sounds like it'll be cold and snowy...should make for a good ride!

Sounds OK, but let's push the time back just a bit. I'm in Boulder until right about 10:35, and I don't think I can make it down to Green Mtn in 25 minutes. Say, 11:15 instead?

Now, remind me where that p-lot is (by the wind socks?), and don't say anything about mapquest...

The Wind Socks is Chimney Gulch (just south of the Hgwy 93/ Hghwy 6 intersection in Golden).

Green Mountain is further south on Hghwy 6. There are 3 parking lots at Green Mountain (I found this out the hard way), so make sure you know which one. The main one is very near C470, but I don't know if you can actually get to it from C470. Someone will know...

*shaking my head*...21 and computer illiterate...sad...so sad.
From Boulder, south on 93, turns into 6 at 58/6 junction in Golden (go straight through the light). About 1 mile after that intersection, turn right on Heritage Pkwy. Heritage deadends into US40/Colfax. Left on US40 and take a right at a lighted intersection for Rooney Rd. Follow Rooney through the highway maze, and a big paved parking lot will be on your left after about 1-2miles.

See you there - elevenfifteenish. I'll be twenty-two on Thursday; I hope you've saved up enough to get me rip-roaring drunk...

Oh, and computers are for word-processing, which is a newer form of writing. Everything else is superficial, cheap and fleeting, and has no place in my home.

Not without getting off 470 @ Morrison and taking the frontage road back (north) to it.

I'll be on a black SS, in a white topaz at the parking lot. I assume he'll be on a gay-ass baby blue Chameleon HT.
