    Good job! Full Moon Fever

Wow, beautiful night for a ride last night! Not only warm (@8+ feet) but the second full moon ride of the season for me, nice to be able to shut off the lights and still find your beer. Kinda spooky standing in the middle of no-where alone but cool as hell at the same time, makes you feel alive! Get out and ride while you can!
Gone are the days we stopped to decide,
    Where we should go,
    We just ride...

Unfortunately I didn't ride last night, but watching last night's sky I was taken back to a ride last year when the moon hung in the exact same spot, in the exact same way.

Full moons in October are truly amazing things.

It's actually the brightest moon of the year

"Tonight's full Moon is the biggest full Moon of 2007. The Moon's orbit is an ellipse with one side 30,000 miles closer to Earth than the other. The full Moon of Oct. 25-26 is located on the near side, making it appear as much as 14% bigger and 30% brighter than lesser full Moons we've seen in 2007." from SpaceWeather.com

It was easier to spot the mountain lions. I saw 3 on the hill behind my house! ... oh wait, those were cougars.
