    Freeride Areas near Colorado Springs

Looks like I am moving to Colorado Springs this summer and I am wondering if there are many Freeride style trails in Colorado Springs or near there. Looking for trails more like what we have up here in British Columbia, Jumps, drops and gaps. Maybe even some shuttle trails.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Also do you guys have a local Forum such as NSMB.com like we have up here?

    Thank you.

I don't know of any stunts in the area. There is one trail that could qualify in Ute Valley, maybe. I'm more of an XC/FR rider, though, so I don't know if it would be "extreme" enough to be called FR.

    Freeride Areas near Colorado Springs

There are some cool trails around here, sadly not a bunch of free ride stuff like you find in the PNW. There are a few shuttle spots but not with big jumps and drops and gaps. Guess Colorado trail builders can't work out agreements with the parks service to make stuff like that.

    I tapped that
