Fort Collins - Coyote Ridge to Lory State Park Hook-up

Anyone know when the trail that links Coyote Ridge with Lory State Park is going to open? Based on the view from the ridge where the Coyote Ridge trail ends and the hook-up begins it will be an epic ride.

We should be having a Grand Opening trail ride to herald the opening. We'll meet in early May to hash out details and I'll keep everyone posted.

Thanks for the info everyone. What's the best web site/resource for getting the latest info on Grand Openings, maps, etc.?

    Try these:

    http://www.larimer.org/parks/

    http://groups.google.com/group/mhta?lnk=agn&hl=en

Anyone can join MHTA. Plus, I post just about everything trail related on these boards. FYI, we'll be having a Blue Sky trail building day on June 3rd, right before the opening if you're interested in that, too.

E-mail The Cycologist. They've started a group called Mountain Bike Fort Collins. They can add you to the distribution list.
