He was in multiple events...fairly sure he won the dual slalom Sunday which was the only event that day...unless someone messed up the announcement...

I watched and fairly sure Brain won by my eyes. His gap on when he raced red was nearly double in size the gap that Watt had on him when Watt was in the red lane.

Who knows... maybe he didn't win and the other dude really did win it. The announcers got a lot of stuff wrong, especially in slopestyle. I wasn't aware that Nate Adams was the only local guy competing *cough* I work at the friggin resort! Nick Simcik is from Boulder... but hey, who knows.

That's the official timers website, btw.

Pretty sure they were timing to 1000ths on course and the fact that timing sheet only has 100ths certainly makes me wonder what's up....

    Straight from the horses mouth:

Sunday was the DS at CW and the track coudn't have been any different. In Sol Vista I rode my ibis Mojo full suspension bike, getting all 140mm of rear wheel travel every run. In Winter Park I opted for the ibis Tranny hard tail. The course was super smooth, lots of rollers and jumps, and real tight quick turns.

In my semi I went up against Chris Herndon again and I took the win. In the final I went up against Jon Watt, defeating him and taking home my second victory in less 24hrs.

Big thanks to Bob Holme and the everyone involved at CW Colorado for putting on a good event and inviting me out to be apart of it.

It's awesome to see these guys ride, that you normally only see in the magazines or videos. Their skill and speed always leaves me in awe.

I hope next year's event will draw even more big names!

Yeah but the big question is, will Lopes ride two abreast in the bike lane?

I always get into trouble on this forum. No sense of humor and very thin skin.
