New question here. CO Springs riders please identify these trails

I am looking to expand my riding beyond what's near Denver and wondered if you'd share some of your local knowledge by identifying the trails in this SRAM video? I think I see some Pikes Peak and the video says Ute Valley but is there more in here besides those? I ridden Palmer Park and love it and Captain Jacks about 10 years ago. Thanks for any help that you might offer. Mark

I recognized Ute Valley and Palmer Park. Looked like some Barr Trail in there too.

There is some non-Colorado Springs footage in there too, maybe Lenawee or CB or something.

NICO is one of the best downhill riders ever. omfg

I was visiting up there pretty recently and rode Barr from the bottom up to the camp. I'm guessing that's not the way to do it...tons of traffic and not really an enjoyable climb. Fun on the way down (until i hit the crowds), though! Do people usually just shuttle?

I used to ride the Barr Trail on a Honda 50 a loooooong time ago. Motor up, motor down...good times.

Porch, we used to ride Barr to Barr Camp every Wednesday back in my old race days - Wed was AT day. Set the HR to 165 and leave it there. : ) Nowadays it's way too busy up there to enjoy it, as you found out. Still, this time of year on a weekday might work. I was hiking up there today and not that many people.

I have done both, but usually I ride up. I have always tended to do Elk Park (right turn at Barr Camp) and not continue up the rest of the way on Barr. The shuttle is obviously a heck of a lot more fun, but tough to set up and expensive. Always best to do it on a weekday during the off season (anything on Barr). The fun terrain is way above Barr Camp, especially above tree line. The erosion this year has really wrecked havoc on the trails, and they're in some of the worst shape I have ever seen them.

Ute Valley, Palmer Park, Barr above treeline and around A Frame. Looks like a few shots from Europe somewhere, in addition to some comp spots over there.
