Ceran St Vrain (Miller Rock) trail: trees have been cleared

Just thought I'd let it be known that the Ceran St Vrain (Miller Rock) trail has been cleared of fallen trees. I hiked in today with my chainsaw (20 pounds - ouch!) Somewhat to my chagrin, I found that some kind soul(s) had cleared all of the trees with an axe and handsaw since we were up there Tuesday with the Redstone Cyclery gang.

I felt pretty stupid hiking all the way in lugging my smelly old saw - and with no need to even start it up. Then lo and behold, the very last and largest tree had been left just for me! Thank you and thank you to the gentlefolks who spared me the sense of purposelessness.

    Happy riding.

Sweet! Thanks Lee! And thanks to the unknown folks who cleared the rest.

I was burned out on that trail, and didn't like its inherent weirdness: super flat, then super steep, with unexpected and gnarly exposure. Plus it was sanitized a few years ago...

But it has its charms, and I've been thinking about hitting it this year. Thanks!
