    Buchanan Pass, get some!

Don't let that snow hold you back! Last night we rode up Buchanan Pass almost to the waterfall, then back down and up Sourdough to the Beaver Res cutoff junction. That was some good times! As smooth as you will ever see that area, too. With these warm temps, the snow might be a little soft but it was perfect last night!

I can't believe you guys rode that without snow bikes.
I did learn a 2.4 advantage does make a pretty good snow tire.

    Great looking ride!

I agree, I have wanted to make it up to one of these for so long it is not funny. I am just afraid I would slow you guys down too much. I need to see if I can talk another old, slow guy to come out with me.

dirtydoug - I saw one of Yahn,s pictures on Facebook of one of the past Redstone Cyclery rides of you with a crazy fat tire on a "non-fat bike". What size was that monster?

Your words are hurtful, scar, but oh so true.
I know you were referring to me - you know I am still out for awhile!!

Non-fat? heh it's whole fat! Or maybe low fat to some since I'm running 50mm uma's with surly 3.8s on the abominable snow bike- a 2009 turner sultan with modified rear triangle to handle the extra meat. Duc32 handles the larger front no problem. I took the last two days of vacation for myself and had a great time snow biking. Lovin it conditions have been pretty good in the high country.
