    Breckenridge to Vail

I am heading to breck next week for a good week of training. A few years ago I did a ride from Copper to vail but I can't find the garmin file. I want to ride from Breck to Vail one day with as much dirt as possible.

Has anyone done this? Any Garmin files I could down load? Thanks!

Breck ski area -> Wheeler -> Copper, bike path to Vail Pass, dirt rd to Shrine Pass, then do Bowman's -> Two Elk -> China Bowl access road -> Vail.

No Garmin files. Not a hard route to find, though.

    Good training.

The dark trees before Two Elks Pass will be a nightmare of snow and mud right now as well... and probably still will be next week.

He could also just follow the CT to Camp Hale, climb Ptarmigan Pass to the beginning of Two Elk.

    Right, Skared?

This was Wheeler this time last year...very ridable with only a couple snow fields to cross. I imagine there is more snow remaining given this years snowpack!
