Best day to bring your 9mm to BC?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought it wasn't legal to bring firearms into a national forest? Yet just about every time I'm out riding or hiking in BC, I hear shooting and find all sorts of empty casings. Today, I found three live 9mm rounds and one live .22 cal round within a half mile stretch of FR 550. I mean, in the road people!? Yes, I know it's a large area to patrol, but you would think that the parks people down there by Buff Creek Rd would hear the shots and investigate.

    Just wanted to rant.

Almost forgot, there were some shotgun shells along the CO trail.

Your wrong. Littering is illegal, guns are not.

Yeah, yeah, I know I'm trying to blame the litter on the guns when it's really the people busting caps in some sorry tree trunk that are the ones littering.
