    Bc?

Have a friend coming into town that wants to ride Buffalo Creek, I was curious if the area was rideable due to smoke and the such. Appreciate any insight. BR

Smoke situation totally dependent on winds.

It will be hotter than hades there after about 10a.m.

Since the prevailing wind is typically from the western part of the compass, BC is downwind from the FR fires. The west slope fires have things hazy in the mtns, but it's not that significant of an air quality issue.

I hope the area has received rain from some of the recent thunderstorms... otherwise make sure your sand tires are on your bike.

I rode Redskin creek > Gashouse > Baldy lollipop yesterday. The area did get some much needed rain, and it looked like a lot came down at once.
