    As the Aspens Change

Can anyone recommend some good trails within 2 hours of the front range to ride through some nice aspen groves? This is only my second Fall in Colorado, last year I did Crested Butte and loved it. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to get out the next couple weekends.

If you have pics, post them!

At Golden Gate Canyon S.P. try trails through Rim and Frazer meadows. A lot closer than Georgia too. Good ridin'. Call park HQ to check on aspen color. The 'ol geezer here likes buff singletrack through the fall aspens too. Planning on Rainbow Trail on north rim Grand Canyon N.P. Now those are some nice aspens!

Does anyone know if this weekend would be the best to hit Kenosha, or would next weekend be better?

Depends. Do you want to see yellow Aspens or rip the downhill and avoid all the leafers?

Then yes, this weekend should be prime. Just get there as early as you can and get ready to deal with big crowds and yield frequently to hikers. Those parking lots fill up really fast this time of year so I'd leave while it's still dark out.
