    Anything dry in Ned yet?

I'm thinking the Habits might be dry soonishly, but I see snow in the forecast for Happy Valley - anyone been up there to assess?

couple more weeks, more than likely

the dot trails may be getting closer. I was up there hiking last weekend and the connector road/boy scout, which had 4 ft drifts a couple of weeks ago, was almost dry. Didn't walk the dots though.

Saw some pictures of west mag from yesterday. Drifty everywhere.
Take the long cut, we'll get there eventually.

the roads will take longer than the trails to melt out.

    It is melting fast.

walked up by the dots again tonight. went west at the top of the boy scout trail and it looks like the steeper north facing slope have quite a bit of snow in the trees. Everything in the sun is melted.

might do a little more recon this weekend. see how far I can go.

Where is the boy scout trail? Is it the trailhead for the dot trail which is farthest east from west mag?

as promised, I did a little spin on yellow, red and blue dot trails. Crossed about six drifts of note, none longer than 4-6 feet. There was also a little dusting in the shade form last nights storm. Otherwise it's good to go.
red dots, heading up one of the steeper north facing bits

going west on blue dots, this was the worst one of a few.

hit it today (east mag/dots). all the stuff i did was rideable.
a couple drifts....but they were soft enough that i'd just put my head down and pedal through easily (came up above my forks)

    good times
