Anyone up for Ute Valley Park (Co Spgs) on Saturday?

i don't want to do any damage... we could check it out early (8ish?) and see what the trails look like.

If any mud, dismount and/or discontinue ride.

I'd like to maybe just get in a 60-90 min ride.... I'll be riding my bike from my house in Pleasant Valley. I'd likely be up for a street/bikepath ride to downtown and maybe quaff a beer at Il Vicino (or wherever) if anyone's up for it.

Post here if you have any interest.... -Eric

If it's above freezing, it'll be pretty messy. There may even be snow remaining in the shadier areas.

I rode it two weeks ago and it was OK except for one section. With this snow, I think it'll be wet tomorrow. Sunday might be better after a day of drying out.

Thanks for the reply skiahh... maybe I'll pass. Then again, forecast looks to be in teens/20s till noon or so, so maybe it'll stay pretty firm till then.

Or maybe I'll just get in a bike path/street ride.

I'm going to let things dry today and try a ride tomorrow, but I think I'll do the SF trail from Woodmen north and see how far I can go. Base miles and all; I'm doing the Kokopelli trail at the end of April.
