Anyone have a trainer they want to get rid of?

I'm getting fatter and slower by the day. I'd like to get a trainer to put in my basement to spin some quick miles after work. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to be able to force myself to spin miles in the basement, so I'd like to pick up a decent used trainer if someone out there has one sitting around they don't use.

If you do, PM me or post back here.

If anybody else has another one let me know too. I've been eating too much and riding too little lately so a trainer would be ncie especially considering how much I'm watching tv just laying around.

Turns out that five years of not mountain biking, really makes one strive to get back to it.

    Any interest in rollers?
Take the long cut, we'll get there eventually.

Fill me in on what it is and what you want for it. And I am kind of interested in rollers, but a trainer is probably the easier option for me.

Not that I've ever done anything like that

Of course, now it'll be bring the wife flowers and bring the daughter a beanie baby...

No, not really, I like dinner too, hence the reason I need a trainer...
But if I get this trainer and then need a hardtail to dedicate to the trainer, then I'll need to grease the wheels, but just for a trainer I'm probably alright..

    Check Performance...

I rode a $69 trainer from Performance this past summer, just sold it a month ago to a bloke in Kansas. I really feel that your best bet is rollers, like debaser suggested. Excel has a set for $99, it's alot more interesting, and it will help with balance and smoothing out your spin (gotta have tunes though
