Does anyone know of a company in the Denver Metro Area that re-paints bikes? I have a nice scandium Cyclocross Bike that I'm going to be buying from a friend, I love the bike but hate the colors. I don't want to pay all that much and I'm not looking for anything fancy or custom, just a simple solid black or white with the bike brand name on the down tube and co. logo on the headtube. Any suggestions of local companies would be great.
The way I ride road bikes has evolved with the way the bikes are being built. As I have moved away from pack racing over the past 10 years, I have desired more variety in my daily rides. Most of my rides involve sections of steep LA county fire roads or linking hilly neighborhood climbs together...

Is not local, I used to work for Chuck sanding frames before he changed the company name. I dont really know many shops in the area other than Spectrum Powdercoat, who do a fine job. I realize that you would have to ship the frame to Anaheim, depending on the value it may not be worth it but his work is The Best, and not just because he does bicycles. I dont know if this will be helpful or not but I always throw his name out there when the question comes up. Good luck with your project.
I do custom painting and would be happy to get your rig painted up. I'm an independent painter working with automotive paint in a full spray or I can get into detail work with the airbrush. I'm a new start up and am local!

If you're willing to travel, Coating Specialties in Windsor does an excellent job for a nice price. I've used Denver Bumper in the past, but Coating Specialties just does better work.
Hello I am located right downtown denver I can paint your bike solid or powdercoat it for around 200 bucks. Look up Rubber Side Down Cyclery on facebook to see the other work that i do. Shoot me an email I have a good turnaround.
