Another installment of "name that trail"

Went out tonight for a spin, and got off the main path at a popular front range destination. Once off the main path, I did not see anyone on this section of trail. The whole section off the main part, I only saw 2 other riders.
    Name...that...trail!

Looked like it to me too. Heil's mysteriously nearly empty nearly all the time.
Take the long cut, we'll get there eventually.

Not Wild Turkey, but I do need to get up there. It's been a long time since I've been to Heil (haven't been on Wild Turkey at all yet - that's the newest one - right?).
    Think farther south.

Let's see... I see trees and grass and dirt - that narrows it down! No obvious mountains in the background.... Bergen Peak area???

I know - not a real clue in the picture, but it would have given it away! Not Bergen.

OK, this will definitely give it away, but, when I said VERY close, I meant VERY close
    (ie-same park).
Some may have to consult a map to remember the name! Some have probably never been on it.

Ahhh yes - Bonanza. We have a winner!!
I was amazed with all the people on Apex and Sluice Box, how deserted it was (noone). I wanted to go out and just goof for a couple hours, and hadn't been on some of those trails in a while.
So, took Apex to Pick-n-sledge to Grubstake, up and over back to Pick-n-sledge - traverse across top, and back over Grubstake to Bonanza, up (after redoing the switchback I didn't make the 1st time) Grubstake, and then down Sluice Box and Apex.
The whole time on Pick-N-Sledge, Bonanza and Grubstake, only saw 2 other riders, and a runner. Sluice Box, and Apex - about 100.
Anyway - it's nice to know you can still go close places and get some solitude! I also like the north stuff at White Ranch for that scenario.

We did Dakota Ridge a couple weeks back after work... and saw precisely 0 people on the tech section from Zorro to the Dinosaur road cut and then down the singletrack on the other side of the road cut.

I think total we may have passed a total of 15 people even with Matthew Winters and Red Rocks thrown in.
